Discover the Balearic Islands in Manchester - a bank holiday event presenting the best of Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The centre piece is a huge marquee in Albert Square, Manchester. Throughout the day and evening there will be music and entertainment on the stage, horse dressage in the arena, artisan demonstrations, food and drink sampling and a daily parade containing 110 people.
